What this program is
TreeTamer is field-service software for tree-care and landscaping businesses. This program sends text messages to the administrators of businesses that subscribe to TreeTamer (the account holders) — not to their customers. This program does not send marketing messages.
What messages you'll receive
- Login and two-factor authentication (2FA) security codes
- Subscription, billing, and payment notices
- Account, security, and service notifications (for example, password changes or scheduled maintenance)
How you opt in
The administrator provides their mobile number and accepts TreeTamer's terms (including SMS consent) when creating or managing their account at app.treetamer.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with account activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out & help
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again. Reply HELP for help, or email us at support@treetamer.com.

Businesses that run on TreeTamer — including Tree Tamer LLC's own account — send text messages to their customers about scheduled work. This program does not send marketing messages.

- Day-before reminders
- Job-completion notices
How you opt in
You check the texting-consent box on the customer portal when accepting a quote (recorded with IP and timestamp), or you give consent to staff who record it in the app.
