We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or SMS/text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, business name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor. TreeTamer does not store your card numbers.
- Content you enter into the app: such as customers, jobs, estimates, and schedules your business manages in TreeTamer.
- Usage and device data: such as log data, device and browser type, and how you interact with the service.
How we use information
- Provide and operate the TreeTamer service
- Send login and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
- Process billing and send subscription and payment notices
- Send account, security, and service notifications
- Respond to support requests
- Protect the security and integrity of the service
How we share information
We share information only:
- With subprocessors under contract, solely to deliver the service on our behalf (for example: hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and SMS delivery)

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
